摘 要:与传统煅烧法相比,微波辐照后的煤系高岭土白度有大幅度提高。研究表明:这主要是由于微波辐照和常规煅烧对煤系高岭岩的作用机理不同,导致微波法和常规法煅烧后的煤系高岭土中铁质的存在形式大不相同,煤系高岭岩经微波辐照后其铁质主要以金属Fe的形式存在,而通过传统烧结的煤系高岭岩其铁质主要是以Fe2O3、Fe3O4和FeO的形式存在,这意味着对微波辐照煤系高岭土的除铁增白工艺将不同于现有各种传统工艺。Compared with conventional sintering process, the white grade of coal - series kaolinite is significantly increased after microwave radiation. The results of this experimental research showed that there are different action mechanisms between microwave radiation and conventional sintering treatment, and thus, resulted in different form of occurrence of iron in the coal - series kaolinite after microwave radiation and conventional sintering treatment. After microwave radiation, the iron occured in coal - series kaolinite mainly in the form of metallic iron, but, after sintering treatment, the iron occurred in coal - series kaolinite mainly in the form 9f Fe2O3, Fe3O4 and FeO. This means there is another action mechanism about iron - removal and increasing white grade of kaolinite differing from conventional sintering process.
