竹材打片刀国产化初步研制及几点看法

摘  要:引进竹材打片刀耐用度低的主要原因是粗大片状马氏体组织造成的。竹材打片刀的工作条件要求刀具材料在具有高硬度和高耐磨性的同时,还具有更大些的韧性。国产化竹材打片刀的研制,主要从刀具材料的金相组织、硬度与韧性的适当配合以及刀具楔角等三个方面加以考虑和控制。初步试制结果表明,用轴承钢(GCr15)制造的刀片比进口刀片更适用于本国的毛竹加工。Imported slicers for bamboo have a low durability because of the structure of the coarse flat martensite of their material. The working conditions of the. bamboo slicers require that their material posses high hardness, wearability and Higher toughneas as well. The present study puts emphases on improving the wedge angle of slieers and the metallographic structure of their material, and making both hardness and toughness porper. A new bamboo slicer made of GCr15 has been successfully trialproduced and is more suitable for slicing thr mao bamboo being widely used in China.
