自制女性体内输尿管支架导丝取出器的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨成年女性患者体内留置双"J"管经尿道取出的简便途径。方法:采用自制的女性体内输尿管支架导丝取出器(专利号:ZL200620075879.7),经尿道拔除20例成年女性患者输尿管内留置的双"J"管(22根)。结果:21根双"J"管一次性顺利拔出(95.45%),1根经膀胱镜下拔除。结论:应用自制的取出器经女性尿道拔除双"J"管,方法简便安全、经济有效,值得推广应用。Objective To explore an easy method of transurethral pulling out double-J stent detained in the adult female. Method Twenty-two indwelling ureter double-J stent （ Appl ： 200620075879.7 ） were pulled out by self-designed female ureter double-J stent dislodger in twenty female patients. Result Twenty-one indwelling ureter double-J stent were pulled out in 20 female patients （95.45%）, and one was pulled out under cystoscope. Conclusion The method of transurethral pulling out female ureter double-J stent placed in bladder by the self-designed dislodger is easy, safe, economic and worthy to be popularized in clinic.
