摘  要:目的建立毛细管电泳法测定盐酸洛美沙星片含量的方法。方法以0.2mol/ml NaH2PO4-H3PO4缓冲液(pH4.0)为背景电解质,54cm×75μm未涂层空心毛细管柱为分离通道,于282nm波长处检测,分离电压25kv,压力进样(10kv×3s),采用外标法。结果在选定的电泳条件下,盐酸洛美沙星的浓度在0.05~0.5mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=923.97χ+388.10(r=0.9995,n=6);低、中、高三种浓度(n=9)的平均回收率分别为100.4%、101.4%、100.3%;方法的检测限(S/N=3)为0.005mg/ml;日内、日间低、中、高三种浓度峰面积的RSD分别为2.84%、2.64%、1.95%;3.79%、4.03%、4.38%。结论该法试剂用量少、简便、快速、准确,可用于洛美沙星的质量分析和控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of lomefloxacin with HPCE; Method 0. 2mol/ml NaH2PO4 -H3PO4 buffer (pH4. 0) was used as the background electrolyte, 54cm × 75 p,m uncoated hollow column for the separation channel, in the 282nm wavelength detection, isolation voltage 25 kv, pressure injection ( 10kv × 3s). Results In selected electrophoresis conditions, lomefloxacin hydrochloride in the concentration of 0.05 mg/ml - 0.5mg/ml had a good linear relationship with the peak area, and the linear equations is y = 923.97Χ + 388.10 (r = 0. 9995, n = 6) ; the average recovery rate of low,middle and high concentration ( n =3), was 100. 4% ,101.4% and 100. 3% ; methods of detection limit (S/N = 3) to 0. 005mg/ml; The day and days precision RSD of peak area at low, middle and high concentration were 2. 84% ,2. 64%, 1.95% ;3.79% ,4.03% , 4. 38%. Conclusion The act with less reageots, is simple, fast, accurate and can be used to analyze and control the quality of Lomefloxacin.
