摘　　要：目的评价AO微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨（跖趾骨）骨折的临床疗效。方法本组20例（23处）掌指骨（趾骨）骨折患者应用AO微型钢板内固定,并辅以术后早期功能锻炼。结果全部患者术后随访2-12个月骨折全部愈合,关节活动恢复佳。按中华医学会手外科分会手部功能评定标准优17例,良2例,可1例。结论应用AO微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨（跖趾骨）具有固定牢靠,骨折达到解剖复位并可早期活动,功能恢复良好,是一种较理想的内固定方法。Objective To appraise the clinical curative effect of miniature steel plate internal fixation treating palm phalanx （ zhi pha/anx） the bone fracture. Methods Total 20 cases （23place） the palm phalanx fracture patients applies the AO miniature steel plate fixed, and auxiliary early function exercise. Results All patients after a follow - up of 2 - 12 month bone fractures heal completely, the joint activity restores good. According to China Medical Association surgical branch hand function evaluation standard superior 17 cases, good 2 cases, ok 1 case. Conclusion The internal fixation treating palm phalanx bone fracture by using the AO miniature steel plate achieve good result and the early activity function restore good, this is one ideal method.
