村民政治参与过程中存在的问题及对策分析——四川南充市小龙镇村民政治参与的现状调查与思考

摘　　要：通过对四川省南充市小龙镇村民的政治参与现状进行分析研究,笔者认为,要全面提高村民的政治参与水平,必须寻求和疏通"低成本"的参与途径,实现参与成本的理性"转移"或"置换";"两手抓",杜绝参与假象的存在;拓展农民参政的"权力",关注农民政治生存状态;全面提升农民的参政能力。Through the analysis of the current situation of the villagers＇ participation in political affairs in Xiaolong Town of Nanchong City, Sichuan, the authors claim that ＂low cost＂ participation approach must be explored and dredged to realize the rational ＂metastasis＂ or ＂displacement＂ of the participation cost; the participation in false appearance must he eradicated; the ＂authority＂ of the peasants＇ participating in government and political affairs must he extended ; concern must he paid to the peasants＇ political survival state. Hence, the peasants＇ participating in government and political affairs can he promoted all roundly.
