脑外伤后综合征的脑干听觉诱发电位初步探讨

摘　　要：本文对３２例脑外伤后综合征（ＰＴＢＳ）患者和３０例正常人行脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）检查，结果显示ＰＴＢＳ组患者ＢＡＥＰ异常２２例，阳性率６８７５％，主要异常是Ⅰ～Ⅴ峰间期及Ⅲ～Ⅴ峰间期延长（均Ｐ＜００５）。Brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) examination were performed on 32 patients with post-trauma brain syndrome(PTBS) and 30 normal controls.It was observed that abnormal BAEP were found in 22 patients with PTBS.Abnormal rate was 68.75%.The predominant finding was delay of Ⅰ Ⅴ IPL and Ⅲ Ⅴ IPL(both P<0.05).It was shown that there were abnormal brainstem electrophysiology in patients with PTBS.
