高效液相色谱法测定保和口服液中连翘苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立保和口服液中连翘苷含量测量的高效液相色谱法。方法样品经聚酰胺柱层析处理。色谱条件:Agilent Hypersil ODS色谱柱,以乙腈-水(22︰78)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:227nm。结果连翘苷与其它色谱峰分离良好,连翘苷在0.01683～0.4208μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9997。连翘苷平均回收率为98.02%,RSD为2.0%。结论本法简单、结果准确,可用于保和口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of forsythin in Baohe oral liquid. Methods The sample was purified by polyamide column. The analysis was performed on a Agilent Hypersil ODS. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrilewater （22 ： 78）, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 227 nm. Results There was good linearty in the range of 0.01683-0.4208 μg for forsythin, r=0.9997. The average recovery and RSD were 98.02% and 2.0% for forsythin. Conclusion This method is simple and reliable for the quality control of Baohe oral liquid.
