摘 要:根据官厅山峡的降雨条件、洪水特征和三家店设计洪水资料,分析永定河三家店处出现中小洪水的洪峰量级、重现期和天然来水条件下中小洪水资源量,通过研究三家店至滞洪水库区间的各类蓄洪工程、埝坛水库和城市河湖汛期可蓄洪量,并采用雁翅站提前向三家店和卢沟桥预报暴雨的可行方法,提出永定河中小洪水可利用的洪量及其前提条件,为实施永定河中小洪水利用作参考。Based on the rainfall and flood characteristics at the Canyon of Guan-ting, as well as design flood data at Sanjiadian of the Yongding River, flood peaks, return period and volume of flood at Sanjiadian were analyzed. Through the research of flood retention structures and associated volume, hydrologic monitoring at Yanchi Station of the Yongding River, flood forecast at Sanjiadian and Lugouqiao were proposed. Based on the above, annual flood volume which could be utilized as well as its prerequisites were determined in order to provide assistance on controlling and utilizing the annual flood of the Yongding River.
