妊娠相关蛋白-A和C-反应蛋白与高血压病的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)与高血压之间的关系。方法分别采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验和双抗体放射免疫法检测84例高血压患者和22名健康对照者血浆PAPP-A和CRP的水平。结果正常对照组CRP、PAPP-A水平明显低于各级高血压组(P<0.05)。高血压2级组CRP、PAPP-A水平明显高于高血压1级组(P<0.05);高血压3级组CRP、PAPP-A水平明显高于高血压1,2级组(P<0.05)。PAPP-A、CRP水平与血压水平的偏相关分析显示PAPP-A与血压水平呈正相关(r=0.4378,P<0.05),CRP与血压水平也呈正相关(r=0.3259,P<0.05)。结论高血压患者存在炎症反应;随着血压水平的升高,PAPP-A及CRP表达显著升高。PAPP-A和CRP可能是高血压病的危险因素,可能可以作为预测高血压病危险程度的指标。Objective To explore the relationship between pregnancy associated plasma protein-A（PAPP-A）, C reactive protein（CRP） and hypertension. Methods Eighty-four patients with hypertension and 22 healthy controls were enrolled. The serum level of PAPP-A was detected with double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）, and serum level of CRP was detected with double antibody radioimmunoassay. Results PAPP-A and CRP levels of the healthy control group were significantly lower than those of hypertension group（ P 〈 0, 05 ） ; PAPP-A and CRP levels of the hypertension grade 2 group were significantly higher than those of the hypertension grade 1 group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; PAPP-A and CRP levels of the hypertension grade 3 group were significantly higher than those of the hypertension grade 1 and 2 groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. It showed that PAPP- A（ r = 0. 4378, P 〈 0. 05 ） and CRP （ r = 0. 3259, P 〈 0. 05 ） level were all positively correlated with blood pressure level of patients with hypertension. Conclusion Patients with hypertension exist inflammatory response. Their levels of PAPP-A and CRP were higher than those of healthy controls, and may be as factors to predict the degree of risk in patients with hypertension.
