摘　　要：目的分析医院感染病例漏报的原因和采取的对策。方法对我院2007年1～12月全院医院感染病例漏报进行回顾性调查。结果缺乏对医院感染重要性的认识,诊断标准掌握不准确,责任心不强是造成医院感染病例漏报的主要原因。结论加强医院感染知识的宣传教育和培训,采取有效监测手段,发挥三级监控组织的职能管理作用,才能有效降低医院感染漏报率。Objective Analyzed the cause of falling to report hospital infection cases and given the countermeasure. Methods All of the cases of hospital infection falling to report were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2007 to Sec in our hospital.Results The understanding and the recognition of hospital infection, the standards for judgement, the attention of the medical workers were all the causes that prevented hospital infection cases from being reported_Conclusions The hospital infection can be effective fall of by strengthening propagandize and education, enhancing minitor measure and playing the function of three-grade infection management organization.
