摘　　要：目的探讨并论述经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术的现状及进展。方法通过复习国内外有关的文献资料,就经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术的现状及进展进行介绍,综合分析。结果经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术的技术日趋完善,并有了新的发展。结论能够在微小创伤和基本不影响脊柱结构的情况下有效清除病灶,并通过工作套管进一步采取先进的新技术治疗病变间盘,会使经皮穿刺腰椎间盘髓核摘除术成为治疗腰椎间盘突出症基本的并且是主要手段之一。Objective To study and discuss the status quo and progress of percutaneous lumbar discectomy（PLD）.Methods Introduction and comprehensive analysis to the status quo and progress ofpercutaneous lumbar discectomy （PLD） by reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature.Results Technologies of PLD are maturing and developing. Conclusion In the micro-trauma and no influence on the basic structure of the spine situations , PLD can effectively remove lesions and treat disc by taking further advanced technologies, so PLD will become a basic and primary method to treating lumbar disc herniation.
