对我国房地产市场泡沫的判定及预控机制研究

摘　　要：我国房价这几年一路飙升，严重超出居民的收入增长速度。对于我国目前的房地产市场是否出现了泡沫，经济学界和政府部门及房地产开发商展开了激烈的辩论。本文主要根据房地产市场的相关指数对我国的楼市进行了实证分析，得出我国房地产市场的部分城市确实出现了泡沫。针对产生泡沫的根源，提出了当前如何使我国的楼市健康发展的相关建议。Our country house price these years group dramatic rise, surpasses inhabitant＇s income rate of rise seriously. Regarding our country at present real estate market whether appeared the froth, the economical educational world and the government department and the property developer has launched the intense debate. This article has carried mainly on the real diagnosis analysis according to the real estate market carrelation index to our country＇s real estate market,obtained our country real estate market the partial cities to appear the froth truly. In view of the frothing root, proposed how current causes our country＇s real estate market healthy development correlation suggestion.
