摘　　要：在2006年集中治理医药购销领域商业贿赂工作取得阶段性成果的基础上，如何巩固治理效果，进一步加强药品购销监督管理，有效减轻患者医药费用负担尤其是减少药品的不合理支出一直是需要认真思考和研究的重要问题。安阳市卫生局为此积极探索，从建立健全制度入手，建立药品购销监督管理长效机制；在学习贯彻上级药品招标采购文件精神的基础上，结合实际情况，逮选制定当地的基本用药目录；选定重点药品进行监管，取得良好效果，赢得社会群众的认同与理解。笔者以此为素材加以总结分析，以期对降低患者不合理药品支出提供有益探索。Governs the medicine buying and selling domain commercial bribe work in 2006 year-end fairs to yield the gradual result in the foundation, how governs the effect consolidated, further strengthens the drugs buying and selling management by supervision, lightens the patient medicine expense burden in particular to reduce the drugs the unreasonable disbursement always is effectively needs to ponder earnestly with the research important question. Anyang Sanitation bureau explores positively for this, from establishment perfect system obtaining, establishes the drugs buying and selling management by supervision persistent effect mechanism; Implements the higher authority drugs procurement document spirit in the study in the foundation, the union actual situa- tion, chooses formulates the local basic medication table of contents;Designated the key drugs carry on supervising and managing, obtains the good effect, wins the social populace＇s approval and the understanding. The author summarizes the analysis take this as the source material, to reduces the patient unreasonable drugs disbursement by the time to provide the beneficial exploration.
