摘　　要：贵州省计划外疫苗目前价格不规范，不利于预防和控制疾病。统一全省计划外疫苗价格是解决价格不规范最根本的方法。实行全省统一价格，必须是全省各接种点的价差一致，各级预防控制机构的价差一致，并且接种点的利差应为省、地、县疾控机构的两倍，才能有力的调动各接种点的积极性，扩大疫苗接种预防和控制疾病的人群，降低传染病在我省爆发流行，推动和促进计划外疫苗接种工作的健康发展。Outside Guizhou Province plans the vaccine the price not to be at present standard,does not favor the prevention and control disease. Unifies outside the entire province plan the vaccine price is solves the price not standard most basic method. Implements the entire province unification price, must be the entire province each immunization sites price difference is consistent,all levels of anticipatory control organization price difference is consistent, and the immunization sites favorable difference should for the province,county illness control the organization two times, can the powerful reassignment each immunization sites enthusiasm, the expanded vaccine vaccination prevent and control disease the crowd,reduces the infectious disease to erupt popularly in our province, impels and promotes outside the plan the vaccine vaccination work healthy development.
