摘　　要：公路规费征收是公路交通建设资金筹集的主渠道,公路规费征收与地方经济发展相辅相成。公路规费征收只有依托地方政府的支持和相关部门的配合,才能多收、超收。要真正实现公路规费征收与地方经济发展的有机统一,就必须以科学发展观为统领,不断创新工作思路、强化规范管理、提升征管质量、优化征缴环境。The levy of road fee and the development of local economy are mutually facilitating and beneficial, with the former as the chief way of collecting capital for road traffic construction. The road fee levy can only rely on the support from the local government and the cooperation with the organizations concerned to levy more fee than expected. The unification of road fee levy and local economy development can only be realized, under the guidance of a scientific development view, on the condition that the thinking way is to be incessantly innovated, the normative administration to be strengthened, normative administration be strengthened, and the quality of levy and management to be improved and the lew environment to be ontimized.
