摘  要:狮泉河水电站工程地处高寒缺氧的西藏高原,影响施工进度的不利因素较多。建设单位加强施工进度控制和管理,采取一系列措施对施工单位的质量管理、安全控制、人员就位、设备运行状态、原材料供应及施工方法等进行认真的审查,确保施工顺利实施,工程按期竣工发电。The Shiquanhe Hydropower Station is located in the cold and hypoxia area of Tibet Plateau so that many factors can affect the progress of the project construction. The construction units strengthened the construction progress control and management and took a series of measures for the construction quality control, safety control, staff in place, equipment operation conditions, the supply of raw materials and construction methods, which ensured the smooth implementation of the construction and the project was put into generation on schedule.
