摘　　要：针对狮泉河水电站地处海拔4 300 m,高寒、缺氧、气压低、干燥、温差大等不利环境因素,利用有效的施工工艺措施及工序措施,确保了1～4号机蜗壳(座环)安装与焊接的质量。The Shiquanhe Hydropower Station is situated in the area of cold, hypoxia, low barometric pressure, dry, great temperature difference and other adverse environmental factors, with the elevation of 4300m. The effective construction techniques and process measures were be used to ensure the quality of installation and welding of No.1--4 spiral cases （stay rings）.
