无缝隙应对模式提高手术室夜间和节假日创伤急救质量的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室夜间和节假日创伤急救无缝隙应对模式的具体构建和应用价值。方法收集分析2005年6月-2008年6月创伤急救手术抢救时效（病人到达手术室后的手术准备时间和手术时间）、抢救成功率、记录合格率等有关统计指标;进行满意度调查和护士急救知识技能考核。以2005年6月-2006年12月为对照组（回顾性分析）,2007年1月-2008年6月为实验组（进行急救组织重建和流程再造）。结果实验组病人到达手术室后的手术准备时间（P〈0.01）和手术时间（P〈0.05）较对照组均明显缩短;抢救成功率、记录合格率、创伤急救标准手术间物品准备随时抽查合格率优于对照组;满意度、护士创伤急救知识技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论无缝隙应对模式使手术室护士应急水准在“时间性”和“技术性”上都快速、稳步提高,全面提高了创伤急救质量。Objective To study the structure and application value of seamless response model for first aid during operating at night and holidays emergency trauma. Method Collection and analysis the effectiveness of trauma emergency rescue operation from June 2005 to June 2008 （the time for operating preparation and surgery ）, the survival rate, rate of qualified record data and other relevant statistical indicators, Satisfaction survey conducted among nurses related to first aid knowledge and skills assessment. Data from June 2005 to December 2006 was used as the control group （retrospective analysis）, data from January 2007 to June 2008 was used as the experimental group （first aid organizations and reconstruction process reengineering）. Result The time for patients reached operating room, operation preparation and surgery in experimental group was signficantly shorten than that of the control group （P 〈0.01, P〈0.05） ; The survival rate, rate of qualified record data, the qualified rate for spot check of the standard surgical trauma first aid items preparation in experimental group was much better than that in the eontrol group. The satisfaction, nurses＇ knowledge on trauma first aid and skills assessment results in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Seamless response mode was helpful rapidly and steady improving the operating room nurse＇s the emergency standard regarded to ＂timing＂ and ＂technical＂, and comprehensively improve the quality of trauma emergency rescue operation.
