海南香草兰疫病发生情况调查及疫霉菌种类鉴定

摘　　要：通过对海南各香草兰种植园进行普查,明确了香草兰疫病目前在海南省万宁、琼海、屯昌、定安等地香草兰种植园均有发生,该病一年有两个发病高峰期,4月下旬至6月上旬和9月中旬至11月上旬;对香草兰疫病病原进行分离、形态特征鉴定和rDNA ITS序列测序分析,明确了其疫霉菌种类为烟草疫霉(寄生疫霉) Phytophthora nicotianae(P.parasitica),交配型为A2交配型。A survey was made to the vanilla plantations in Hainan to observe vanilla blight disease which has been found to spread to the vanilla plantations in Wanning, Qionghai, Tunchang and Dingan, Hainan Province. The vanilla blight disease has two occurrence peaks in a year： one at late April to early Jun and the other in mid September to early November. According to the results of pathogen isolation, morphological characteristics identification and rDNA ITS sequence analysis, the Phytophthora species was identified as Phytophthora nicotianae （P. parasitica）, and the mating type belongs to A2.
