摘　　要：房地产经纪市场目前存在的问题主要有从业人员良莠不齐、经纪企业粗放经营、行业欺诈频繁等.应采取提高行业准入门槛、执行保证金制度,实行资质分级,规范合同条款,加强第三方监管等措施,以促进经纪行业健康发展.The exiting problems in real estate broking markets mainly include the employees with the good and the bad intermingled, the extensive management of brokerage industries and the frequent trade defraudations. This paper suggests taking measures such as heighting the industry access threshold, implementing the marginal deposit system, exercising the aptitude graduation, standardizing the contract terms and enforcing the third party capital supervision system, so as to promote the sound development of brokerage industires.
