摘　　要：提出了公路出行者信息服务短信发布的设计方法,从信息需求分析、信息采集、信息传输、信息处理和信息发布5个方面对发布设计方法和设计流程进行了研究,然后在此基础上,重点研究了公路出行者信息服务短信发布的方案设计。SMS is an effective tool for providing timely traffic and travel condition information to the public. First, the recommended design dissemination framework of SMS service is established including information demand analysis, collection communication, transaction and dissemination. And then, based on the analysis of the framework, the plan of information dissemination plan was presented in the paper in detail.
