摘　　要：资源建设是复合图书馆相关工作和研究的重要内容。论文从馆藏类型、资源建设策略、馆藏结构、馆藏评价、资源建设、工作人员等方面对当前复合图书馆资源建设的主要研究内容进行介绍并给予简要的评价。The resources constructions are the significant substances of hybrid library＇s related work and research. This paper introduces and gives a brief appraisal to the main research contents about collection development in hybrid library, from the collection form, the resources constructions tactics, collection composition, collection evaluation, resources buildings and the staff.
