保险营销人员自我效能与职业成功感调查——以福州市为例  

A Study about the Senses of Self-Efficacy and Career-Successfulness——A Psychological Investigation on Policy-Salesmen in Fuzhou City

摘  要:以福州地区保险营销人员为调查和测试对象,结果表明:保险营销人员的自我效能感、职业成功感的总体状况良好,保险营销人员自我效能感、职业成功感高低与性别、工作岗位没有显著关联,保险营销人员自我效能感与职业成功感间存在非常明显的相关性。保险营销人员的自我效能感是影响职业成功感的重要因素。Taking insurance company's employees in Fuzhou City as the testees, the study shows that generally speaking, both their senses of self-efficacy and career successfulness are in good condition, And there is no inevitable linkage between these two senses of the testees separately with their sexes and nature of the post, but the connection between them seems to be very obvious and the sense of self-efficacy wields significant influences on the sense of career successfulness.
