论“连云港优先发展战略”

摘　　要：阐述了"连云港优先发展战略"的意义,认为该战略的提出和实施,是对江苏既往发展方式深刻反思后的选择,是实现江苏区域共同发展的必然要求,是对连云港未来发展趋势的准确把握。进而提出了"连云港优先发展战略"的"扩大开放、港口带动、新型工业化、城市化与城市现代化、联动开发"5大基本构架。This paper probes into the significance of the ＂Priority Developing Strategy of Lianyungang＂. It holds that the proposal and adoption of such a strategy is the ultimate choice after a deep reflection of the past developing mode of Jiangsu Province. It is also the requirement to realize overall regional development of Jiangsu and the correct under- standing of the developing trend of Lianyungang City. Besides, the five basic points of the strategy are explained in de- tail, including ＂the deepening of opening up to the outside world＂ , ＂priority development of harbor economy＂ , ＂new industrialization＇,＂urbanization and urban modernization＂, and ＂coordinated development＂.
