摘 要:考虑碳纳米管的有限尺寸及可能存在的无序,基于量子扩散理论,研究了电子在不同管径和螺旋度的单壁碳纳米管中的量子扩散行为.结果表明,随着无序度的增加,电子在不同管径和螺旋度管中的扩散行为将发生弹道-非弹道转变.有趣的是,无序和缺陷对不同管径和螺旋型碳纳米管中电子输运的影响程度不同.对大管径的纳米管,无序和缺陷的影响要比小管径的小,而对不同螺旋型管,无序和缺陷对锯齿型管的影响要比扶手型管的强.Regarding both the finite size and the disorder, the dynamic behavior of electron in the single-walled carbon nanotubes with various tube-diameter and chirality is studied in terms of quantum diffusion theory. The resuits show that there exists a transition from ballistic to nonballistic behavior with the disorder strength increasing. Interestingly, the disorder and defect have different influences on the electronic transport in the nanotubes with various tube-diameter and/or chirality. For the larger tube-diameter nanotubes, the disorder and defect have less influence on the electronic transport than in nanotubes with smaller tube-diameter. For the nanotuhes with various chirality, the influence on the electronic transport in zigzag nanotubes is stronger than in armchair nanotubes. The results will contribute understanding the strange transport properties of carbon nanotubes and their potential applications.
