摘　　要：李曙光认为,要起草一部覆盖所有国有资产的法律,还存在很多难题和障碍,还缺乏一些支持条件。所以,一直都是以《国有资产法》命名的这部法,最终展示在公众面前的却是《企业国有资产法》Li Shuguang thinks that,there are still lots of difficulties and obstacles when drafting the law covering all states assets.It is also lack of supporting conditions.So the so-called State Assets Law that comes out actually is the State Assets of enterprise Law.
