摘　　要：针对目前传统的信息发布平台存在的不足之处并结合GSM通信网络的特点,论述了在传统的信息发布平台上增加实现短信群发的可行性,提出了基于GSM Modem的信息发布平台的结构组成和系统配置,对系统开发过程中所使用的关键技术进行了详细的分析。该系统的应用能有效地提高办公效率和信息化水平,为企业级的短信服务开辟了新的应用领域。After analyzing the deficiency in traditional information publishing system and combining the characteristic of GSM telecommunication,the article discussed the feasibility of short messages sent in groups over the traditional information publishing system,it presented the platform structure and system requirement on the information publishing system based on GSM Modem and analyzed the key technologies on development process.The system can effectively improve office-work efficiency and open new application area for enterprise-level SMS service.
