摘　　要：城市化背景下的乡村文化,特别是传统的有形文化和无形文化都面临失传的危险。本文分析了城市化背景下乡村文化保护的困境以及传统文化保护与农民分享现代文明成果的关系,提出了社会主义新农村建设中乡村文化保护的对策。Under the background of urbanization , the rural culture , especially the traditional tangible and intangible cultures are suffering from a terrible impact and in danger of dying out. In this paper, the difficulties of protecting rural culture and the relationship between traditional culture protection and farmers＂ share of modern civilization are analyzed under the background of urbanization. Meanwhile the countermeasures to protect rural culture in building a new socialist countryside are proposed.
