摘　　要：介绍了一个适合于低成本中小规模的IPTV系统架构的开发技术，在详细分析系统的物理架构和逻辑架构及其技术指标的基础上，对方案的实现从功能定位入手，探讨了该方案的几个关键技术：流媒体服务器、用户的安全认证和应用系统的后台管理业务。提出了系统的可移植性、可扩展性和多语言开发方法。This paper introduces the development technology which is effective to the low-cost,small and medium-sized system framework of IPTV.After systematically analyzing the physics framework,logic framework and the technical standards of the system,the paper starts from positioning the functions to realize the program,discussing the key technologies the streaming media server,the safety certification of users and the background management business of application system,and it puts forward the method to develop the multi-language,the porting and expansibility of the system.
