HL-43生根剂对绿荆幼苗移栽存活及生长的影响

摘　　要：研究了不同浓度HL-43生根剂对绿荆(Acacia decurrens)幼苗移栽存活及生长影响。圃地试验结果表明,0.50倍HL-43处理大棚培养移栽成活率最高(65.9%),其次是0.25倍(63.2%),但对鲜重、根长均无显著影响。实验室试验结果表明,HL-43生根剂处理能提高人工气候箱培养绿荆幼苗移栽成活率,其中0.5倍浓度处理效果最好,对籽苗鲜重有不同程度的影响。A study was conducted to determine the effects of different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder on the seedlings survival and growth of Acacia decurrens after transplant. The results in the greenhouse were as follows:the different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder had significant influence on the transplanting survival rate of seedlings of Acacia decurrens;the transplanting survival rate of Acacia decurrens in 0.5 times standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder was the highest of 65.9%,while the different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder had not significant influence on the fresh weight and root length of seedlings.Meanwhile,the results in the laboratory were showed that the different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder had significant influence on the fresh weight and transplanting survival rate of seedlings of Acacia decurrens with root tip treatment.The fresh weight and transplanting survival rate of Acacia decurrens in 0.5 times standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder were the highest,being 0.024 g and 84.62%,respectively.On the other hand,the different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder had significant influence on the transplanting survival rate of seedlings of Acacia decurrens without root tip treatment,while the different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder had no significant influence on the fresh weight of seedlings.The transplanting survival rate of Acacia decurrens reached the highest of 65.9% in 0.5 times standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder and the lowest of 48.71% in 0.75 times standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder.According to the reaction of seedlings of Acacia decurrens to different standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder,0.5 times standard concentrations of HL-43 rooting powder was the most appropriate solution for seedlings growth of Acacia decurrens.
