摘　　要：本文根据自己的亲历亲见和早年的学习笔记从六个方面追忆了一代学者丁声树先生。丁先生毕生倾心于学术研究,生活俭朴,淡泊名利,学识极其渊博却又待人极为谦和友善,曾被同代人誉为"丁圣人"。文章记录了丁先生对小学、经学的一些精辟见解,这是他留给中国学术界的珍贵财富。This article is in memory of late Prof. DING Shengshu based on the author＇s personal experiences and study notes. Praised as a sage by his contemporaries, DING was an accomplished scholar who had devoted all his life to linguistic and philological research. He led a simple life with no interest in seeking fame and wealth. Despite of his profound knowledge and extensive learning, he was always modest and amiable. It gives cases of DING＇s penetrating ideas on traditional Chinese philology.
