摘  要:目的探讨高压水/气枪用于内镜清洗操作对供应室清洗间空气质量的影响,为采取有效防护措施提供依据。方法采用平皿沉降法对中心供应室内镜清洗间进行操作前后室内空气细菌含量采样监测;同时观察层流净化设施的空气净化作用。结果中心供应室清洗间层流空气净化设备(30万级)未开启和开启状态,应用高压水/气枪清洗内镜操作前、后(即刻)空气细菌含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但层流空气净化设备开启状态时,应用高压水/气枪清洗内镜操作后空气细菌含量均控制在≤500CFU/m3范围内,即达到了《医院消毒卫生标准》中规定的Ⅲ类环境标准。结论高压水/气枪用于内镜清洗操作后对供应室清洗间空气质量有一定影响,工作人员应加强防护;空气层流净化设备对供应室空气净化效果显著、可靠。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence on air quality in cleaning room of the supply department when the water/gas blast gun is used to clean endoscope, to give basis for valuable protective procedures. METHODS Bacterial number of the air in the supply department was sampled using flat plate settling process pre-and post-op- eration. Simultaneously, the air purification effect of the laminar purification equipment was evaluated. RESULTS The air bacterial content before the water/gas blast gun ran was significantly different from that when the gun stopped (P〈0. 05). Nevertheless, when the laminar air purification equipment was operating, the air bacterial content could be controlled below 500 CFU/m^3 even water/gas blast gun was used to clean endoscope, which met with the environmental standard Ⅲ in Sanitary Standard of Hospital Disinfection. CONCLUSIONS The air quality in the cleaning room of the supply department may be influenced when water/gas blast gun is used to clean endoscope. The purification effect of the laminar air purification equipment is remarkable and reliable.
