摘　　要：目的研究宁夏汉族正常女性和乳腺癌女性患者数量皮纹学特征及其波动不对称性，比较其均值的差异。方法印泥拓印法提取宁夏汉族女性群体224例（乳腺癌患者112例，正常对照人群112例）双手皮纹。结果1．乳腺癌患者组指纹嵴线数、指纹总嵴线数及a—b嵴线数均值均高于对照组，且I指（右手）指纹嵴线数均值两组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05），乳腺癌患者组双手atd角及a—b间距均值均高于正常对照组，且双手atd角显著增高（P〈0．05）；2．乳腺癌患者组数量皮纹学特征的波动不对称性（FA）与正常对照组在FAV（atd角P〈0．01）及FAX（Ⅳ指指纹嵴线数P〈0．05）均存在显著性差异；乳腺癌患者组atd角FA分布在1R—L1≥7组显著增高（P〈O．05）。结论数量皮纹学特征FA，尤其是atd角FA水平可能是乳腺癌早期筛选的重要参数之一。Objective To investigate the characteristics of dermatoglyphic parameters of healthy controls and breast cancers in women of Han ethnic from Ningxia, and analyze their fluctuating asymmetry （FA）. Methods Fingerprints and palmar prints of both hands were collected with cyclostyling ink （breast cancer patients： 112, control： 112）. Results Breast cancers had significant difference in right FRC I and atd（ P 〈 0.05） of both hands. There was a significant difference in FA V （atd angle, P 〈 0.01）,FAX （IV ridge count, P 〈 0.05）between two groups, breast cancers had higher FA. And there was also a significant difference in 1R-L1 /〉 7 on distribution of atd angle between two groups. Conclusion The characteristics of dermatoglyphy in fluctuating asymmetry （FA）, especially atd angle may be one of the important early diagnosis markers for breast cancers in Han ethnic women.
