摘　　要：本文对液压技术及其在中国装备工业和重大工程项目的自主研发和技术进步中的作用和地位,积极主动倡导自主创新和努力强化具有行业特色的集成创新策略,发挥中国液压行业的后发优势,努力探讨在液压技术领域寻求技术突破口实施对国际领先者的局部超越的策略等问题提出了一些看法和建议。This passage has introduced us the hydraulic technology and its role in the self-independent research and the technological advancement of the equipment industry, as well as some key projects. We pro-actively advocate self-independent innovation and the innovative integration of the hydraulic industry. Besides, we can also take the advantage of post-development of hydraulic industry, striving to come up with some ideas and suggestions regarding the technological breakthrough and part surmount over some leading technologies.
