摘  要:针对订单需求的随时改变,导致零件提前期和工序工时的调整问题,提出一种"伸缩式"和"合并BOM"相结合的物料需求计划(MRP)改进算法。分析面向订单的单件小批量生产模式的特点,阐述该算法的改进原理,给出详细的算法步骤。通过算法实例,并与传统算法比较,显示出该算法具有提高车间排产效率、提高MRP计划的可执行性和确保按期交货等优点。An improved method of MRP called “extend-shrink and merger BOM” has been put forward aiming at the changing lead time of part and processes which is caused by the fast changing orders. The background and detail of the improved method has been first introduced, and then the detailed steps has been introduced by an example. Finally, with the comparison to the tra- ditional method of MRP, the improved method of MRP has three major advantages, first, improving the job shop efficiency, second,improving the possibility of MRP planning, third, ensuring the deliver time on schedule and so on.
