摘　　要：基于LabVIEW软件开发平台与PCI总线采集卡构建变速器换挡性能测试系统,实现对换挡力、换挡位移和输出轴转速的实时同步采集、曲线图形显示及数据存储等功能,反映出变速器换挡的同步、滑移过程中各参数变化及曲线的同步程度,为变速器换挡性能分析对比提供了工具。Using software designing platform LabVIEW and data acquisition card PCI-6220 ,build a shift performance testing system for automobile transmission, realize real-time synchronous data acquisition, waveform chart display and data save of shift force, shift displacement and output shaft rotate speed. Reflect the parameters change and how synchronous of the waveform chart in the stage of synchronization and slippage of the transmission shift. Provide tool to contrast and analysis the shift performance.
