摘　　要：经过多年探索和实践,上海市浦东新区水文水资源管理署打破多项技术瓶颈,实现水文信息从采集、传输、处理到分析发布的自动化流程;经过不断优化,摸索建立了浦东水文信息化框架结构,总结和探讨了中小型水文信息化系统的建设经验。The paper summarizes the experience on the construction of middle or small hydrologic information system, which is based on a brief introduction of the achievements made by Shanghai Pudong New Area Hydrology and Water Resource Administration in the construction of hydrologic informatization. A few of technical obstacles has been broken through in the long term work. A framework for hydrologic informatization and a kind of automatic and efficient hydrologic data flow is built, in which collection, transmission, transaction ,analysis and publish is accomplish with optimization.
