摘　　要：设计了一种用于挖掘机状态监测系统中的基于GPRS的无线数据交换系统,介绍了系统原理和设计方案,并详细阐述了监测终端的硬件设计和系统的软件设计。硬件系统采用AVR单片机作为数据传输的控制中心,GPRS模块采用内置的TCP/IP传输协议,既保证了数据传输的实时性和可靠性,而且经济实用。A wireless data exchange system based on GPRS used in grab supervising was designed, the principle and the blueprint of the system were described and terminal hardware and software were described in detail. A design of GPRS remote data transmission module based on AVR controller is discussed, and the module embedded with TCP/IP protocol as controlling unit and data transmission equipment, thus the real time, reliability are firmly ensured, , meanwhile, this solution is very economy and efficiency.
