摘 要:电脑刺绣机针杆机构和挑线机构是形成刺绣线迹的重要机构,对形成高质量刺绣线迹十分重要。以新型电脑刺绣机对心平底推杆盘形凸轮挑线机构圆柱螺旋弹簧为研究对象,在保持挑线规律不变的前提下,推导了圆柱螺旋弹簧的理论设计方程,并在此基础上得出圆柱螺旋弹簧的力学参数值和几何尺寸。研制成功的圆柱螺旋弹簧装于新型电脑刺绣机挑线机构,并在电脑刺绣机上进行了装机实验。实验结果表明圆柱螺旋弹簧能够满足挑线机构的挑线功能。The needle bar and the thread-taking-up mechanism are the main mechanism to form the thread trace of the embroidery in computerized embroidery machines,exerting great impact on the forming of high quality thread trace of the embroidery.This paper deals with the study of the cylinder spiral spring of the periphery cam with flat-bottomed pusher style thread-taking-up mechanism in computerized embroidery machines,it deduces the theoretic design equation while maintaining the movement regularity of the original thread-taking-up mechanism and gets the mechanics parameter as well as the geometric dimensions of the cylinder spiral spring.The cylinder spiral spring is assembled to the new model thread-taking-up mechanism in computerized embroidery machines,and the experiment is finished on computerized embroidery machines,it proves that the cylinder spiral spring of the new model thread-taking-up mechanism in computerized embroidery machines can satisfy the requirement of the thead-taking-up performance.
