摘　　要：建设服务型政府是中国政府改革的重要目标模式之一。然而研究中我们发现,人们对什么是服务型政府、如何建设服务型政府等问题在认识和实践上存在不少误区,急需澄清和矫正。本文较为详细地陈述了这些误区的表现、成因及防范对策。To build a service - oriented government is an important target of Chinese government reform. However, we found that there are many misunderstandings on the issues such as what is service - oriented government, how to build a service - oriented government and so on. This paper describes in detail about the performance and causes of such misunderstandings and provides with some preventive measures.
