摘 要:目的探讨血氧水平依赖功能磁共振定量分析耳鸣患者大脑皮层激活特点。方法8例耳鸣患者行听觉刺激血氧水平依赖功能磁共振检查,刺激声强90dB、频率l000Hz正弦波纯音脉冲,所有数据均经SPM2软件离线后处理,获得听觉功能的激活体积和信号强度。结果耳鸣患者受到纯音刺激双耳时,全脑激活部位呈多样性,个体间激活情况差异较大,无明显规律,双侧听觉皮层激活区体积和强度明显小于正常耳。结论血氧水平依赖功能磁共振可望成为耳鸣康复过程中提供客观检测手段。Objective To discuss the volume and intensity of the activated auditory cortex tinnitus patients with Bold oxygenation level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI). Materials and Methods Eight chronic tinnitus patients were examined by BOLD-fMRI. SPM2 software was used to process the original pictures in the off-line workstation. Results Significant activations were found in temporal lobe, frontal lobe, precentral gyrus, occipital lobe, parietal lobe etc of chronic tinnitus patients. However, there was no obviously regularity on the volume and intensity of the activated auditory cortex. Conclusion BOLD-fMRI may become the method to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation of tinnitus patients.
