摘 要:以培杂泰丰和华优86为材料,研究了自主研制的米质改良剂对超级稻源库的调节和对稻米品质的效应。结果表明,米质改良剂降低了超级稻生长后期剑叶叶绿素含量和POD活性的下降幅度,延缓了水稻叶片的衰老进程;虽然米质改良剂对超级稻的库容无显著影响,但提高了库容的有效充实度,喷施米质改良剂后,两个超级稻品种的结实率和产量均显著提高;喷施米质改良剂后,培杂泰丰和华优86的垩白粒率和垩白度显著下降,外观品质得到显著改善。The effects of a new rice quality promoter (RQP) developed by us on the source, sink and grain quality of super rice were studied with Peiza Taifeng, a two-line super rice hybrid, and Huayou 86, a three-line super rice hybrid, as the materials. The results were as follows: RQP decreased the decrement of the chlorophyll content and POD activity of flag leaves during the late growth period, thus it delayed the senescence of rice leaves. Although RQP had no effects on sink size of super rice, it increased the effective filling ratio of sink. The yield and the seed setting rate of super rice were both increased significantly by RQP. The chalky rice percentages and the rice chalkiness of Peiza Taifeng and Huayou 86 were decreased significantly as treated with RQP. Thus, the appearance quality of rice was markedly improved by RQP.
