新疆和田地区维吾尔族自然长寿老人动态血压的特点

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆和田地区维吾尔族自然长寿老人动态血压的特点。方法随机选取308例老年人,将年龄≥90岁的和田地区维吾尔族老人100例作为长寿组,年龄65～70岁的和田地区维吾尔族老人106例作为老年组,同期在我院门诊体格检查的60～85岁的汉族老人102例作为对照组,3组进行24 h动态血压监测,分析相关参数指标,并进行统计学分析。结果长寿组老人高血压患病率与其他2组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。长寿组老人的24 h舒张压(DBP)低于老年组,而高于对照组,昼间收缩压(SBP)及DBP均低于老年组和对照组,24 h平均脉压指数高于老年组,而低于对照组。均有统计学差异(P<0.05);长寿组老人24 h SBP和24 h平均脉压均低于老年组和对照组.无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论新疆和田地区维吾尔族长寿老人高血压患病率有降低趋势,有其自身的动态血压变化的特点,发生靶器官损害的风险亦相对较低,可能是长寿的部分因素。Objective To explore the reason of longevity in Uygur natural longevous old people from Hetian in Xinjiang. Methods The longevous people aged ≥ 90 years （n = 100） were verified by systematic investigation, Uygur old people aged 65-70 years （n = 106） were selected with cluster sampling from Hetian,the Han people aged 60-85 years （n = 102） in the same period for the hospital out-patient medical examination were selected as a control group. All of them underwent 24-hour ABPM and analysis of the relevant parameters and statistical analysis was done then. Results In the longevity group 24 h DBP was lower than that in the elderly group and higher than that in the control group,the daytime SBP and DBP were lower than those in old age group and the control group,24 h pulse pressure index was higher than that in the old age group and lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. 24 h SBP and 24h average pulse pressure of the longevity group were lower than those of old age group and the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The prevalence rate of hypertension in the natural longevous people was lower than that in the Uygur old people group. The longevous people had own features of changes in the 24-hour ABPM. The risk of target organ damage in them was lower than that in Uygur and Han old people,these may be some reasons which promote longevity among Uygur natural longevous people.
