摘　　要：由于大亚湾核电站涡轮流量计双参数补偿器FH400已经没有国外备件,也无法从国外购买到相同功能的设备,重新研制相同功能的涡轮流量计双参数补偿器就显得迫在眉睫;详细介绍了广东大亚湾核电站WLB400型涡轮流量计双参数补偿器的研制,给出了基本硬件框图与关键软件流程图,在研制中采用了Silicon Laboratories公司推出的完全集成的混合信号片上系统型MCU。实际应用表明,仪器达到规定的技术指标,应用效果较好。It is necessary to design new Two Parametres Compensator of Turbine Flowmeter/or Guang Dong Nuclear Power Station be- cause lacked the same equipment and can not buy it now. Intruduces the design of Two Parametres Compensator of Turbine Flowmeter - WLB400 of Guang Dong Nuclear Power Station and gives the basic hardware diagram and the key software flow chart. We used Silicon Laboratories＇s fully integrated mixed-signal System-on-a-Chip MCU during the design. The real application shows that the WLB400 meets the need of specification for production and has very good effect.
