摘　　要：介绍了以三星公司的一款ARM920T内核的嵌入式微处理器S3C2440A为核心,以嵌入式Windows CE为操作系统的电力网络仪表的设计与实现,给出了系统整体结构框图、系统各组成模块的功能以及软件流程图;选用高性能的以太网接口芯片DM9000E设计了网络的物理层接口电路,通过移植DM9000E驱动到Windows CE操作系统从而实现仪表和远程PC机的网络通信,软件部分重点介绍了A/D采样流接口驱动程序的设计和处理采样数据的方法;实验结果证实该仪表能够满足实际工程的要求,达到了预期设计目标。This paper introduces the design and implementation of an embedded electric network instrument based on SAMSUNG＇s S3C2440A which offers a ARM920T core, and its operation system is the embedded Windows CE. Block diagram of the whole system structure, function of every module composing the system and flow chart of the software are also showed. The physical interface circuit of network is designed with high performance ethernet interface chip DM9000E for instrument, and its network communication can be realized with PC of remote by DM9000E＇s driver ported to Windows CE operating system. The design method of A/D sample stream interface drivers program and the method of processing sampling data are given. The experimental results demonstrate that the instrument can meet practical engineer- ing requirements and achieve the expected effect.
