摘 要:目的:了解护理人员对PICC置管后日常护理知识的掌握情况和实施置管后日常护理的行为情况,分析护理人员知识得分和行为得分之间的相关性。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,以方便取样的方法调查北京市10所三级甲等医院实施PICC置管后日常护理的129名护理人员,并观察了23名从事PICC置管后日常护理护士的操作行为。结果:①调查对象对PICC知识的平均得分69.15±13.64分,35.66%的护理人员的得分低于60分;②护理人员实际观察的PICC置管后日常护理的行为得分远远低于自评行为得分(t=-12.760,P<0.001);③护理人员对PICC置管后日常护理的知识得分与自评行为得分存在正相关关系(r=0.220,P=0.012)。结论:通过多样化的教育途径加强对护理人员有关PICC置管后日常护理新知识的培训和学习,促进护理人员PICC置管后日常护理的操作行为,同时加强质量监控,以切实提高护理质量。Objective: The study was designed to investigate the knowledge and practice of the nurses about daily care of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC), and to analyze the relationship between the knowledge and the practice. Method: A cross-section investigation was conducted among 129 nurses from 10 general hospitals in Beijing to obtain their knowledge and practice about the daily care of PICC by a self- administered questionnaire, and the daily care of PICC performed by 23 nurses was observed. Results: ①The average scores of knowledge was 69.15 ± 13,64, 35.66% nurses' scores were lower than 60;② The score of observed practice was obviously lower than that of self-reported (t=-14.224, P 〈 0,001); ③ The score of knowledge was highly related to that of their practice(r =0.220, P=0.012). Conclusion: Diverse education routes should be provided for nurses to obtain up-to-date knowledge and strengthen their practice. At the same time the nursing management should be reinforced in order to promote nursing quality.
