摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室专科护士在层级管理中的作用。方法:分析专科护士在围手术期护理,A、P、N(早、中、晚班)排班,各层级护士的培训和临床护理核查及营造科室团队文化等方面所开展的工作。结果:手术室专科护士在层级管理中保证了病人的安全,提高了各层级护士的专业理论知识。结论:手术室专科护士在层级管理中能提供专业化服务和规范化的培训及推动科室团队文化的良性发展。Objective： To explore the function of Advanced Practical Nurse in operating room under Nursing Grading Management model： Method： Different kinds of work which Advanced Practical Nurses took in hand, including peri-operative care, shift an-angement, training nurses of different classes, clinical nursing quality monitoring and team culture construction, were analyzed. Result： Advanced Practical Nurses in operating room ensured the patients safety and improved the other nurses＇ professional knowledge under Nurse Grading Management model. Conclusion： Advanced Practical Nurses in operating room can provide specialization service, standard training and improve the development of team culture construction.
