企业竞争力的来源与构建胶东半岛制造业基地的策略选择

摘　　要：经济学对企业竞争力来源的理论分析经历了由物质资本、知识资本到人力资本再到以社会资本与企业组织资本为核心的系统因素的转变。这种转变对胶东半岛制造业基地建设的策略选择提供有益的启示。我们可以从各种竞争要素的区域间聚集角度对半岛制造业基地建设进行研究,也可以从工业体系所包含的三个层面思考构造半岛制造业基地的策略选择。The theory analysis in economics about the origin of enterprise＇ competitive ability has changed its focus in turn from on physical capital to intellectual capital, manpower capital, systemic factors which with social capitals and organizational capitals as its core. Saxenian had a further study, he played the focus on the system of industry. The changes drop a hint on the construction of manufacture base in shandong byland. We can make our selection of strategies from the three aspects of industrial system as well as from the accumulacation of competitive factors in an area.
