摘　　要：本文讨论了时钟同步系统与时间同步系统的异同点,详细地研讨了硬件同步时钟与软件同步时钟。最后本文讨论了它们的发展前景-IP软时钟。This paper discusses similarities and differences between clock synchronous system and time synchronous system. Hardware synchronous clock and software synchronous clock are studied in detail. In the end of the paper, we discuss their developing prospeet-IP soft-clock.
